WEATHER × PROPERTY & CASUALTY
Three ways to work with risk.
Look up a location, stress-test a portfolio, or build a sourced event record. Compare the workflows before choosing what becomes part of SkyNow.
Official data at one location
Current alerts, station readings, flood-map attributes and nearby river gauges. Each source can succeed or fail independently.
Coordinates are sent to the selected government data providers only when you fetch. Your location label stays in this page. A point query is not a parcel flood determination.
Ready. Nothing has been requested yet.
Concentration, not a risk score
Choose a hypothetical circular event footprint. Calculate value inside it and compare user-assumed damage scenarios entirely in your browser.
Required columns: id, latitude, longitude, replacement_value. Optional: type. Values are USD. Maximum 2,000 rows / 2 MB. Imported files are not uploaded or persisted.
Build an event evidence packet
Gather dated source records, preserve their query URLs, and add separately labeled analyst notes. Export the packet for later review.
Queries USGS earthquake records within your radius and OpenFEMA state declarations with a known incident overlap or an incident start within your dates. An unknown end date is not treated as ongoing. Declarations describe designated areas, not damage at your property. Current NWS snapshots can be copied from Property brief; they are not historical weather evidence.
